Residential Glass
We offer a vast array of residential glazing service. From single pane wood sash puddy windows to double pane insulated low-e french patio doors, we got it covered. Just about every window in any home can have its glass replaced while keeping the existing frame and sash in place. There are a few exceptions of manufacturers that make windows that are not intended to have their glass replaced without changing the whole unit, however this is the exception not the rule. We can have our installers come out to measure and replace your broken or foggy windows right at your home or if you'd like you can bring the window to us for repair. Single pane windows can be repaired quite quickly as everything needed to do so is stocked in our shop. Insulated double pane windows have to be measured and ordered from our distributor which can have a lead time of 1-2 weeks. If its a matter of safety or security we can clean out the broken pane from your sash leaving you with one in-tact pane temporarily, until your new unit comes in or if both panes are broken, we can temporarily replace the broken glass with plexi glass for an extra fee until your unit arrives. We will match your window size, thickness, grids or any special low-e coatings to the best of our ability to get your window back to its original state. 
(Note - Low-emittance (low-E) coatings are microscopically thin, virtually invisible, metal or metallic oxide layers deposited on a window or skylight glazing surface primarily to reduce the U-factor by suppressing radiative heat flow. These colors will differ slightly from manufacturer and will not always match 100% .Unless the window is ordered from the original manufacturer and they still have it in production. Again, we will do our best to match any coatings to the best of our ability.)
